Student Health and Counseling Services

Student Health and Counseling (SHAC) provides access to high-quality physical and mental health care in a safe, respectful and confidential environment, while promoting healthy behaviors and lifestyle choices. We work collaboratively with the University community toward the goal of improving the academic, personal, and professional experiences of our students through the provision of individual services, consultation, referral, education, and outreach.

• Student Health Record—All incoming students registered must complete the student health record documents. Please upload health records to the Student Health Services Portal.

• Proof of Health Insurance—Students with health insurance coverage must sign an online waiver demonstrating coverage comparable to the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) by the deadline.  Students without comparable coverage must enroll in the SHIP.
