Group Fitness Classes

The Group Fitness Program is designed to provide participants with a variety of choices ranging from hi/low aerobics and yoga to body toning and Spinning. More than 20 sessions a week are offered by certified instructors.

The Group Fitness Program is available to eligible patrons at no additional cost. All sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.

Class Descriptions

African Dance - Take this cardio dance workout that focuses on African dance moves.

Bootcamp Tabata - A classic bootcamp class with a twist - Utilizing the concept of high intensity in timed exercises you will be sure to receive a great workout!

Butts and Guts - This workout targets the core and lower body and is sure to be one of your favorites every week.

Cardio N' Tone - Cardio and toning exercises with the use of light weights and a twist of kickboxing moves thrown in.

Full Body Tone - A strengthening class that utilizes weights in order to strengthen the entire body. We will work with a variety of equipment including the body bar, resistance bands, and hand weights/dumbbells.

Kickboxing - Bob, weave, jab, cross, and kick in this intense cardiovascular workout that blends athletic drills with martial arts movements. This workout will challenge your endurance and improve coordination.

Pilates - A 60 minute body conditioning session utilizing stretching and strengthening exercises. Designed to enhance muscle tone, posture, flexibility and balance.

Power Yoga - Not your average Yoga class! Take this athletic-based Vinyasa (Flowing) Yoga class to get your heart rate up, body toned and stretched, and re-center the mind and body.

Spinning - A 50 minute session of cardiovascular training using a Johnny G Spinner (modified stationary bike). Please bring water and a towel. Space is limited, so arrive early!

Yoga - Relax, stretch and tone muscles in this gentle session designed to enhance your mental, physical and spiritual fitness. This ancient form of exercise reduces stress, increases flexibility, and improves circulation.

ZUMBA - Workout or Dance Party? Either way, you are sure to burn calories in this one hour cardio dance class to great up-tempo Latin and Popular Music.

Afro-fit/Zumba - A combination of African Dance and Zumba.
