Summer and Short-term Housing
The University of the Sciences is pleased to offer 2017 summer housing in Osol Hall to accommodate students enrolling in summer session classes. Please note that all assignments follow the conditions of occupancy of the summer housing agreement.
This year, accommodations will be in Osol, our suite-style residence hall. The majority of summer rooms are double-occupancy, though in some cases we may be able to provide single-occupancy rooms (these are determined based on hall demand and cannot be guaranteed.)
Please remember that all summer housing rates include a meal plan, with dining service Monday through Thursday for breakfast, lunch and dinner and Friday for breakfast and lunch. If you will be off-site midday, Dining Services can provide you a boxed lunch (to be picked up at breakfast) - please inform Todd Young (email@example.com) with sufficient notice.
Each Osol suite has a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, vanity, and living room.

Rates for Summer 2017 are not yet available.
Current residents should already have a $200 Housing Deposit and thus, do not have to send another deposit. Some students that used to live on campus, may still have their housing deposit in their account. Once your $200 Housing Deposit is processed, please log into housing.usciences.edu and complete a Summer 2017 Housing Agreement (when available).
If this is your first time living on-campus at USciences, a security deposit of $200 is due prior to move-in; you may pay the Cashier in the first floor of Kline Hall or send in a check payable to "University of the Sciences" to 600 South 43rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104. On the memo line of the check, please write Summer Housing Deposit, your student ID (if known), and "AR15." This is a one-time deposit that will be held for the duration of your residence and cover any charges incurred.
Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy Graduate Students interested in summer housing should reach out to Residence Life (firstname.lastname@example.org) after submitting the $200 Housing Deposit. Residence Life will then provide the student with a Summer 2017 Housing Agreement to fill out and ask questions in regards to the student’s room preferences and dates of residency (Use this time to ask any questions about on-campus living!). Residence Life will follow up with a confirmation email closer to your move-in date.
Depending on availability, University of the Sciences students going on rotations may apply for short term housing anytime during the academic year. Student may also apply for short term housing if they are in need of emergency housing (i.e. disputes with landlords or roommates; fire at permanent home”. Short term housing rates vary every year and throughout the year. Housing rate does not include a meal plan. Short Term residents are also expected to submit a security deposit of $200 prior to move-in. For more information, to check availability, and obtain a Short Term Housing Agreement, please contact Anthony Florendo at email@example.com.
