Fraternity and Sorority Life
Fraternity and Sorority Life is committed to supporting students involved in greek lettered organizations at University of the Sciences. USciences Fraternity and Sorority Life consists of 12 values-based organizations that foster our community values of scholarship, community service, brotherhood & sisterhood, and leadership. Over 400 students are involved in Fraternity and Sorority Life, making up almost 20% of the student population at USciences.
Throughout the year, Fraternity and Sorority Life members participate in events such as the annual Welcome Weekend BBQ, Greek Week, Fall Fest, USciences Olympics, National Hazing Prevention week in the fall, and National Eating Disorder Awareness week in the spring. Members also attend workshops on hazing prevention, substance use and drug abuse, sexual assault prevention, and suicide prevention.

Race for Humanity 5K Raises Funds for Camp Can Do
April 16, 2019
Forty-one runners participated in a 5K through the scenic Woodlands grounds for the Race for Humanity. They were able to help raise $575 for Camp Can Do, a summer camp specially tailored for children diagnosed with cancer.
Dr. Thea Zunick Named Director of Student Life at USciences

Thea Zunick, EdD, has been named director of student life at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She comes to USciences with more than 11 years of experience in student affairs including institutions specializing in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).
