Fellowship Program Application Process

Philadelphia College of Pharmacy at USciences requires fellowship applicants to have a PharmD degree from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy. Pharmacy licensure by September 1, 2017 is a required component of the Janssen fellowship program.

PPS Interviews @ ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting

Participation in the Personnel Placement Service (PPS) at the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting is strongly encouraged. Interviews with respective candidates will be scheduled through the PPS website and conducted at the meeting during PPS hours.

Application Portal

Candidates who remain interested following PPS interviews should apply through the USciences career portal (careers.usciences.edu) between December 1-23, 2017.   Please ensure that the following documents are uploaded with the application or mailed separately:

  • Letter of Intent
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Three (3) general letters of recommendation – (one from faculty member)
  • Writing sample – i.e.: drug information response
  • Unofficial transcript(s) of all college coursework

Application Deadline

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis from December 1–23, 2017. The portal will close and not accept any applications after December 23, 2017.  Candidates will be notified by early January if selected for onsite interviews.
