PCP Graduate Placements in Residencies, and Fellowships

56% of 2021 graduates seeking postgraduate training were matched with a PGY1 pharmacy residency program. Residency placements included local health systems such as Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia Veteran’s Administration (VA), Thomas Jefferson Hospital and Temple University Hospital. Other graduates matched at more distance sites such as Bay Pines VA – Florida and the Hospital of Central Connecticut.

Of the 34 2020 graduates who completed a PGY-1 residency, 10 were matched with a PGY2 pharmacy residency program in 2021.

Graduates were hired into one and two year pharmaceutical industry at a significantly higher rate than others schools/colleges of pharmacy. Industry sites included companies such as American Regen, Biogen and Merck.
