Dual Degree Program with the Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University

Through a special articulation agreement with the Kornberg School of Dentistry (KSD) at Temple University, USciences students can gain direct entry into dental school—putting them on the fast track to career success.

Application is by invitation only—and students who meet specific requirements are guaranteed interviews with KSD. Students interested in practicing dentistry and who meet the below eligibility requirements will receive strong consideration for admission into KSD.

Program Options

Two program options feature either three or four years as USciences, followed by four years at KSD—allowing you to earn both Bachelor of Science (BS) and Doctor of Medicine (DMD) degrees.

3+4 BS/DMD Dual Degree Program

In the accelerated 3+4 program, you’ll first complete three years at USciences as a biology or biomedical sciences major. After successfully finishing your first year at KSD, you’ll receive your BS degree from USciences. After successfully finishing four years at KSD, you’ll receive your DMD degree.

4+4 BS/DMD Dual Degree Program

In the 4+4 program, you’ll complete four years at USciences in any major to earn your BS degree. Then, after four years at KSD, you’ll receive your DMD degree.
