Brewing Science Certificate - Brewing Lab

The USciences Pilot Brewing lab is equipped with two half barrel SABCO Brew-Magic systems. Four fermenters and four bright tanks ensure enough capacity for rotating student projects. With direct access to DI water, each recipe can be tailored with a custom water profile.

  • Clarus 600 GC with 600T  mass spectrometer and Turbomatrix 110 trap headspace sampler
  • Bruker Avance 400MHz NMR
  • Bruker Avance III 400MHz NMR
