University of the Sciences and Saint Joseph’s University have reached a definitive agreement to join together on June 1, 2022, combining the excellence and traditions of two renowned schools as one—Saint Joseph’s. When the semester begins this fall, we fully expect the integration to be complete, creating one University.*

You’ll still benefit from USciences’ expertise in healthcare and science, joined with Saint Joseph’s University’s strengths in business, education, and liberal arts. And along with proven outcomes, you’ll also benefit from:

  • Predictable, transparent fixed tuition for students entering in fall 2022.
  • Expanded opportunities to learn and grow at two campus locations.
  • A network of 95,000 alumni across the country and around the globe during and after graduation.

*Finalization of this merger is pending routine regulatory and accreditation requirements including approval by Middle States Commission on Higher Education. Learn more at
