Undergraduate Research Festival

The Undergraduate Research Festival sponsored by the Center for Undergraduate Research (CUR) celebrates undergraduate research, scholarship, and other creative activities. CUR supports high-quality research and creative activities that engage students through inquiry-based learning to advance the University of the Sciences’ educational mission.

The event showcases undergraduate research, scholarly achievement, and creative work through several events:

  • Images of Research and Scholarship Exhibit-Competition
  • Elevator Research Talk Competition
  • USURF Recognition Lunch (by invitation only)
  • SPEED-MEET with Faculty Research Mentors
  • Humanities Panel Discussion
  • Alumni Career Panel (joint SRS-CUR-IA activity)
  • 8th Undergraduate Research Symposium (Oral and Poster Sessions)

Three or four student papers explore a common topic or theme through paper presentations, Q &A, and open discussion.
