The USciences Barbell Club is holding an online fundraiser for a 3-year-old boy named Joseph who is battling a rare genetic disorder called TLR-8. Joseph has overcome so much including two bone marrow transplants during the treatment of his Severe Congenital Neutropenia in the last nine months.

The Club planned to host an event -- the UStrong Strongman Sport Competition to fundraise to support Joseph, but to adapt to the coronavirus pandemic and social distancing restrictions, they chose to sell t-shirts to support him instead, said Haden Sando, president of USciences Barbell Club.

The Barbell Club is selling UStrong shirts online with a portion of the proceeds going to help Joseph and his family. Free shipping is included with the shirt purchase, and there is a discount for purchasing more than one.

#staystrongjoseph Please read the following details to help us raise money for such a great cause: As you all know, we are unable to host our Strongman Competition with Army ROTC & Drexel Powerlifting Club due to the unprecendented circumstances of COVID-19. But, that isn't stopping our priority to raise money for Joseph and his family... Joseph is a 3-year-old boy with a rare genetic disorder and severe congenital neutropenia. We want to help his family in any way possible! Please consider buying a UStrong 2020 shirt in honor of Joseph's strength and perseverance. With your help, each purchase will raise profits for donation to Joseph's family! Shirts can be bought through our friends at T-House using this website: thouseink.com/usciencesbarbell Thank you!
