University Community Honors the Life of Murray Zanger

Members of the USciences community gathered for a virtual memorial service to honor the life of Murray Zanger

Dr. Zanger was a long-standing and well known faculty member at USciences in the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry.  He was beloved by students, alumni, and colleagues. Even after retirement Dr. Zanger continued to be active at the University, publishing research and continuing to serve as a mentor to those around him. 

In a virtual memorial service, faculty,staff, alumni, family, and friends gathered to share fond memories of Dr. Zanger. Tears were shed by many in attendance as Dr. Zanger’s life was celebrated. His legacy will surely live on at the University for many years to come.
