Published on June 14, 2017

Along with physics majors Luke Conover and Oberon Wackwitz, Dr. Roberto Ramos presented four physics papers at the American Physical Society March Meeting in New Orleans, LA on March 13-14, 2017.

The titles of the papers are: Point Contact Spectroscopy of Iron Pnictide: Probing Multigap Superconductors to Observe Energy Gaps of Ba(1−x)KxFe2As2; Energy Gap Measurements of K-Doped Iron Pnictide Superconductor Ba(1-x)KxFe2As2 using Point Contact Spectroscopy; Determining the energy gaps of MgB2 electrodes in all-MgB2 Josephson junctions using tunneling spectroscopy; and Microwave resonant activation in hybrid single-gap/two-gap Josephson tunnel junctions.
