Students from USciences Physician Assistant Program collected more than 3,700 diapers to be sent to victims of Hurricane Harvey in Houston, TX.
The students had been collecting the diapers for two weeks and will send them to victims through a collection led by the Marcus Hook Borough employees. Once the truck is filled it will be dispatched to Texas to deliver the donations which include toiletries, food, and water.
The USciences Softball Team also sent a package of t-shirts, socks and other gear to Houston in response to a call for dry clothing from the University of Houston’s softball team.
