Welcome to all our new transfer students! To get you ready for your first semester here at USciences, you are invited to our Virtual Transfer Student Welcome Week. The below programs are not mandatory for students to attend but we recommend attending so that you can be the most prepared for the start of the term.

Virtual Meet & Greet via Zoom
Tuesday, January 19, 2021
10 a.m. –12 p.m 

On this day, you will:

• Connect with new and current transfer students
• Meet our Student Affairs staff
• Learn about campus resources available to you
• Get your questions answered about life as a USciences transfer student

Virtual Advising Session via Zoom
Wednesday, January 20, 2021
Session times will be confirmed prior to the event 

On this day, you will:

• Meet with your faculty advisor to finalize your class schedule
• Connect with new transfer students in your program
• Learn more about your curriculum and academic department

Walk Your Schedule Campus Tour
Thursday, January 21, 2021
12 p.m.-1 p.m

On this day, you will:

• Take a student-led walking tour of campus
• Identify which buildings and classrooms your on-campus courses are in
• Pick up your student ID*
• Enjoy lunch!

*Transfer Student ID
Please send a current headshot/photo to Terry Reilly in the Student ID Office at t.reilly@usciences.edu so that your ID can be printed before your arrival. The Student ID office must receive your photo by no later than Friday, December 20, 2020 to have your ID ready for pick up on Thursday, January 21, 2020.
