University Events

As experts in the field of meeting and event planning, University Events provides guidance, planning, and support to coordinate activities through the use of multiple campus departments and resources.

The office is responsible for the logistics of all major university events including, but not limited to, commencement, convocation, and Founder's Day, as well as other internally sponsored meetings, conferences, exhibitions, receptions, and dinners. University Events also provides support for functions hosted that enhance enrollment management from student recruitment through graduation and beyond.  This includes Admission office recruitment events and all alumni relations activities.

In addition to providing resources to campus stakeholders, University Events works with approved community organizations, as well as corporate or mission related organizations, to plan successful events on campus.  If you would like to host an event at USciences, please reach out to us.
