Arnold Eiser, Eric Green (co-principal investigators, Mercy Health), E. Amy Janke (co-investigator) received a one-year 13,000 grant from The Schwartz Center for “Cross-Cultural Communication: When the Doctor Is an IMG Physician,” a pilot of a multi-modal intervention to educate international medical graduates during their medical residency training about U.S. health beliefs and prompt them to utilize appropriate communication techniques when needed.
