Here is what you need to submit for your transfer application to be considered complete:

| A professional goal statement—The statement should explain in detail your interest in the professional program to which you are applying, how you developed this interest, your career goals, and any attributes and accomplishments you believe will enhance your future academic and career success. Also please tell us why you have chosen to apply to USciences. (This replaces the personal statement listed above.) | |
| A resume—Students that complete the volunteer and work experience portion of the application do not need to submit a separate resume. |
Most of our programs have a rolling admission policy, which means that your transfer application will be reviewed when all of the necessary components are received, and you will be notified quickly of our decision. Only our professional programs have application deadlines:
