Group Fitness

Sometimes a half-hour on the stationary bike just won’t do, which is why USciences' Athletic and Recreation Center (ARC) offers an array of group fitness options.

Activities such as kick boxing, spinning, yoga, Pilates, hip-hop dancing and boot camp, which mixes intense weight training with cardiovascular drills, keep students in shape and allow them to socialize and blow off steam.

Some students prefer the group setting because they get to interact with each other in a different way. And they can return to their studies refreshed and ready to go.
