Gina Schweizer knows regulatory activity in healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry is fast-moving and ever-changing. Her training at USciences and her MS in Biomedical Writing prepared her for years of professional work at both Johnson & Johnson and Merck. “But the MBA positioned me to look ahead in my career within the industry,” she said. “I have gained a sense of confidence—and I feel I have more options now.” Preparing high-quality regulatory documents requires advanced skills but also teamwork. “On a daily basis, I interact with people from diverse backgrounds and am constantly challenged to ensure harmony and excellence within the entire team,” she said. The small-group structure of the USciences program gave Schweizer the extra edge to take her career to the next level.
