A Good Fit: PT Students Don Their White Coats
Forty-seven students from USciences' physical therapy program joined the ranks of professionals following the Sixth Annual White Coat Ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 12, 2010. The ceremony is a rite of passage for fourth-year students in the University’s six-year PT program.

1960

Richard P. Wurst BAC’60 and his wife Betty Ann celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 25, 2010. They live in Vernon, CT. Their three sons and spouses threw a party in Manchester, CT. Two siblings, four grandsons and a number of close friends attended. A September Mediterranean cruise was planned as part of the celebration.

1968

Herman R. Marini P’68 has retired from the practice of pharmacy. He is now a site supervisor for Allegheny Valley Habitat for Humanity.

2005
Ellina (Khaykin) Max PharmD’05 relocated with her family at the end of the summer. Her husband has taken a position as an anesthesiologist at a hospital in Raleigh, NC.

On Monday, Oct. 11, USciences will host an APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Training Program from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. An innovative and interactive certificate training program, pharmacists will learn the skills necessary to become a primary source for vaccine information and administration.
