TYPE OF ACCIDENT RECOMMENDED RESPONSE
INJURIES/ILLNESSES 1.  Call Public Safety(X7000) and 911. 
     If necessary, Public Safety will notify the Student Health
     Office (X8980). *
FIRE 1.  Pull alarm and alert co-workers.
2.  Close the doors.
3.  Evacuate area.
4.  Call Fire Department, 911.
5.  Call Public Safety, X7000.

HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL SPILL

1.  Alert others.
2.  Identify and contain material, without endangering yourself.
3.  Leave hood on (if applicable).
4.  Secure and evacuate area. (Post sign)
5.  Decontaminate personnel. (Flush skin or eyes with 
     copious amounts of water.)
6.  Call EHRS, X8925, X8843 or X3141.
7.  Call Public Safety, X7000.
8.  Relay essential information.

FLOOD/UTILITY FAILURE

 1.  Call Facilities Services, X8955 during normal 
     working hours (7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
2.  Call Public Safety, X7000.
