- Title
- Fill in the full title of the paper. View

- Department/Program
- Select the subject of the paper, or the department of the primary
investigator. If you do not see your exact department/program listed
choose the one that most closely matches yours. If your department/program
does not fit into any of the categories, select the "Other" option. View

- Presentation Type
- Select the option that represents the type of work being presented.
This type should be based on the primary author. View
a sample submission.
- Authors
- Enter all authors and advisor(s) for this paper. Authors should
be listed in order of contribution, with the largest contributor
first. Advisor(s) should be listed last. View

- Presenter
- Check this box if this person will be presenting the poster on Research
Day. Atleast one author must be presenting.
- Advisor
- Check this box it this author is the advisor. Graduate and Undergraduate
posters must have atleast one advisor listed as a co-author.
- Name
- Enter the name of this author, formatted as it should appear in print.
- Department
- Enter the school and department of this author. If they are affiliated
with USP the school can be omitted.
- Email
- Enter an email address for this author. If an email address is provided,
the person will receive an email notifying him/her if abstract is accepted.
This field is required for presenters and advisors.
- Abstract
- Enter the text of the abstract here. The text should not be more
then 350 words. You can include bold and italics by surrounding
the text with <b>...</b>
and <i>...</i> respectivly. View
