University of the Sciences has been recognized by Youth Incorporated Magazine, ranking 95th overall in the Top 100 Global Universities division. The ranking identifies the best higher education institutes in the world that are fulfilling their commitment to provide quality education.
The ranking is based on a survey carried out in over 1,000 education centers within 50 countries. Participants are comprised of students, recruiters, and professors, who evaluate the key factors in university education like program content, employability and job opportunities after graduation, levels of diversity among student body and faculty, innovation, international exchanges, student satisfaction, campus facilities and financial aid. One of the main features of the ranking is that it contrasts the opinion of universities and their students with that of leading international recruiters who intend to recruit from them in the future.
This year, Youth Incorporated partnered with Education Times and Rediff.com to compile the annual Global University Rankings. There were 11 universities appearing for the first time and USciences was one of them.
Harvard University repeated as with its No. 1 overall ranking, followed by Stanford University, University City neighbor University of Pennsylvania. All told, the United States held nine of the top 10 spots.
