The J.W. England Library has expanded its Ask-A-Librarian service to provide several new ways to contact a librarian on your computer or mobile device.
The new Ask-A-Librarian includes a growing FAQ that you can browse by topic, but if you don’t find an answer there just click the ASK US button to submit your question, and we will answer it ASAP. Plus, Ask-A-Librarian is mobile-friendly, so be sure to bookmark it on your phone.
And now there are two more ways to ask questions. Use your phone to text a question to 215.995.3256, and we’ll text you back. Or use Twitter to ask a question; just send a tweet to @LibUSciences, and we’ll tweet a link to the answer.
…of course, you can still e-mail us at reference@usciences.edu or call us at 215.596.8967.
