LibraryJournal.com has named Professor Paul Halpern’s book, “Collider: The Search for the World's Smallest Particles,” tops among physics books for 2009

Dr. Halpern’s book takes a look at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), a powerful device that will be used by physicists to study the smallest known particles – the fundamental building blocks of all things.The book is among 35 titles in 19 scientific categories.
