As the end of the 2013-14 school year draws near, University of the Sciences will offer a cure for final exam
blues through various stress-free activities on Wednesday, April 30.
"The final exam period can be the most stressful time of the year for many college students," said Marc Caserio, director of campus recreation. "Our staff planned various stress-free activities which help provide students with the opportunity to take a break from studying, relax, and get through their exams with minimal stress."
Students are encouraged to take a break from studying, and stop by the University's Athletic/Recreation Center to enjoy an array of free campus activities, including massages, pet therapy, and group fitness classes.
Here's a list of planned events:
- Spinning/circuit class: 7:15-8:15 a.m.
- Pet therapy: Noon to 2 p.m.
- Massages: Noon to 4 p.m.
- Pilates: 2-2:30 p.m.
- Power yoga: 4-5 p.m.
