HemisFlavors Brings World Cuisine and Flavors to Campus Dining

Parkhurst Dining Services has announced its latest menu in Wilson Dining Hall. It will be embarking on this adventure for the remainder of the academic year. Their menu features authentic world cuisine and flavors from around the hemisphere - "HemisFlavors". The goal is to create a passion for world cuisines using ingredients, flavors, and authentic cooking techniques that are indigenous to world regions. Please stop by Wilson Dining Hall during their lunch service to experience HemisFlavors.  

The countries that will be celebrated for the next few weeks are as follows:
 
The week of January 28 - authentic cuisines of Mexico  

The week of February 4 - authentic cuisines of India / and on Fat Tuesday; February 5, please join us for our Mardi Gras Celebration at Dinner with a very special menu, decorations, music and more. . .  

The week of February 11 - authentic cuisines of Thailand  

The week of February 18 - authentic cuisines of Morocco  

The week of February 25 - authentic cuisines of Vietnam

Also in Wilson Dining Hall, you'll find our monthly calendar highlighting specials in the cafeteria as well as special events in our history and interesting facts.
