Parkhurst Dining Services has announced its latest menu in Wilson Dining Hall. It will be embarking on this adventure for the remainder of the academic year. Their menu features authentic world cuisine and flavors from around the hemisphere - "HemisFlavors". The goal is to create a passion for world cuisines using ingredients, flavors, and authentic cooking techniques that are indigenous to world regions.
