- For Sale Listings (homes, duplexes, apartments, and condos)
- Roommate Postings
- Message Boards to improve student interaction and cater to students’ needs (International Students, Commuter Student, Transfer Students, etc.)
- Sublet Listings
- Educational Resources on Renting, Budgeting, Living Off Campus
By visiting http://offcampushousing.usciences.edu/ the site offers a “one-stop shop” to refer incoming and current students, faculty, and staff in finding housing and roommates in University City and surrounding areas. The site is updated numerous times throughout the day and is globally accessible any time of the day. It’s also a great resource for listing properties for rent or sale to the USciences community.
