On the heels of being selected as ‘TRIO Achiever’ for the state of Delaware by The Mid-Eastern Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel, Ross Radish, the University’s assistant dean of students and director of student engagement, has received another notable honor. The American College Personnel Association’s (ACPA) Commission for Administrative Leadership (CAL) has named Radish as a recipient of the Mid-Level Professional Award.

Radish was selected for his demonstrated expertise in creating a campus environment that promotes student learning and professional development, outstanding contribution in innovative and responsive services and programs that address varied and emerging needs of students, and contributions to the profession, ACPA, and CAL.

Radish received the award during the ACPA 2009 Convention on March 28-April 1 in the Washington, DC metro area.

Now in its 85th year, ACPA is the leading comprehensive student affairs association that advances student affairs and engages students for a lifetime of learning and discovery. The organization has nearly 9,000 members from 1,500 private and public institutions worldwide.
