Class Descriptions

Body Tone - A blend of cardio and toning exercises that utilizes light weights to get your heart rate up and your muscles toned.

Bootcamp - Start your day with a killer workout! This class is designed to challenge your body to the max with high intensity intervals and short rest periods. Not only a body challenge, but a mind challenge.

Butts and Guts - This workout targets the trouble spots working your core and lower body. This is sure to be one of your favorites.

Flip Fitness- A total body workout that is based on the flip of a card. This class is designed for all fitness levels from beginner to fitness guru. Perform a multitude of exercises for a timed duration based on the flip of a card.

Hot Iron The most fun you'll ever have lifting weights! In one hour work every major muscle group including legs, chest, arms, back, and abs! This class uses the body bar weights to strengthen the entire body. Not to mention a great sound track from week to week! Come get strong with us!

Kickboxing - Bob, weave, jab, cross, and kick in this intense cardiovascular workout that blends athletic drills with martial arts movements. This workout will challenge your endurance and improve coordination.

Pilates - A core conditioning session utilizing lengthening and stretching exercises for the entire body. Designed to enhance muscle tone, posture, flexibility and balance as well as focus the mind.

Piloxing - A fusion class between Boxing and Pilates, high and low intensities, and interval training. 45 min on your feet finishing with 15 minutes of mat-based Pilates movements.

Power Yoga - Not your average Yoga class! Take this athletic-based vinyasa Yoga class to get your heart rate up, body toned and stretched, and re-center the mind and body.

Spinning - A 50 minute session of rigorous cardiovascular training using a Johnny G Spinner (modified stationary bike). Please bring water and a towel. Space is limited, so don't be late!

Super Circuit - This high energy class will sculpt and train your body like an athlete using cardio strength training to give you a full-body workout. Increase your power, endurance, and strength in this  ever-changing class that utilizes all different types of equipment including dumbbells, barbells, and your own body.

Yoga - Relax, stretch and tone muscles in this fitness session designed to enhance your mental, physical and spiritual fitness. This ancient form of exercise reduces stress, increases flexibility, and improves circulation.

ZUMBA – Workout or Dance Party? Either way, you are sure to burn a ton of calories in this one hour cardio dance class to great up-tempo Latin and Popular Music.
