Group Fitness Class Descriptions:

Bootcamp Tabata - A classic bootcamp with a twist - Utilizing the concept of high intensity in timed intervals your body will work to the max!

ZUMBA – Workout or Dance Party? Either way, you are sure to burn calories in this one hour cardio dance class to great up-tempo Latin and Popular Music. Afro-fit/Zumba-combination of African Dance and Zumba
Butts and Guts - This workout targets the core and lower body and is sure to be one of your favorites every week.

Kickboxing - Bob, weave, jab, cross, and kick in this intense cardiovascular workout that blends athletic drills with martial arts movements. This workout will challenge your endurance and improve coordination.

HIT - A combination of body weight exercises and strength movements. High intensity training with moderate rest periods throughout .

Spinning - A 50 minute session of cycling cardiovascular training using a modified stationary bike. Please bring water and a towel. Space is limited, so arrive early!

Spin Circuit-30 minute spinning class and the last 20 minutes circuit and stretch


Yoga - Relax, stretch and tone muscles in this gentle session designed to enhance your mental, physical and spiritual fitness. This ancient form of exercise reduces stress, increases flexibility, and improves circulation. Hatha- basic and classical approach to yogic breathing exercises and postures. Vinyasa-An active and athletic style of yoga

**All classes are an hour in length except for Spinning classes. Please bring a water bottle and towels as needed depending on personal preference.**
