ABsolute Core—(only 30 minutes!)- An express, upbeat workout focusing on strengthening the entire core through various exercises along with some great music.

Butts and Guts - This workout targets the core and lower body and is sure to be one of your favorites every week.

Cardio Barre - Ballet and Pilates inspired strength class that targets the core and helps to improve balance, muscle tone and overall strength.

Cardio N’ Tone - Cardio and toning exercises with the use of light weights and a twist of kickboxing moves thrown in.

Body Blast—This class is a yin and yang bootcamp class—a mixture of intensity and doses of stability and recovery to challenge your current physical abilities—all fitness levels welcome!

Hip Hop - A contemporary hip-hop class designed for those with or without dance experience. You will have fun while learning a new dance sequence each week.

Full Body Tone –A strengthening class that utilizes weights based on participant preference in order to strengthen the entire body.  Work with a variety of equipment including the body bar, resistance bands, and hand weights/dumbbells.

Kickboxing - Bob, weave, jab, cross, and kick in this intense cardiovascular workout that blends athletic drills with martial arts movements. This workout will challenge your endurance and improve coordination.

Power Yoga - Not your average Yoga class! Take this athletic-based Vinyasa (Flowing) Yoga class to get your heart rate up, body toned and stretched while still receiving the normal benefits of a Yoga session in re-centering the mind and body.

Sizzlin Strength: Sizzlin strength will increase your endurance, strength and put a smile on your face! The class will incorporate lights weights, resistive training, core strength, and an overall feeling of well-being. Sizzlin strength accepts all levels of fitness and is a great way to easily maximize strength and endurance!

Spinning - A 50 minute session of cardiovascular training using a specialized stationary bike. Please bring water and a towel. Space is limited, so arrive early!

Yoga - Relax, stretch and tone muscles in this gentle session designed to enhance your mental, physical and spiritual fitness. Your session will reduce stress, increase flexibility, and improve circulation.

ZUMBA – Workout or Dance Party? Either way, you will enjoy this hour of cardio dance class to great up-tempo music.

*Please noteall classes run for an hour except for ABsolute Core (30 minutes) and Spinning (typically 45 minutes).
