Installing Cisco Clean Access
NOTE: The Cisco Clean Access Agent is required to be installed on all residential computers in order to have internet access.
To install Clean Access Agent:
- Users
will be redirected to the Clean Access home page when
they first open their browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox
etc)
- Click
"OK" to the security dialog box that appears
when you are being redirected.
- Type
your USP username and password.
- Click
on the "Download Clean Access Agent" button.
- Click
"YES" to the security dialog box.
- Click
"RUN/OPEN" on the file download dialog box.
- Once
the installation process is complete. Clean Access log
in screen will come up.
- Log
onto Clean Access Agent by typing in your USP
username and password.
