In Memoriam
Delores Renee Lupo P’76, a long-time employee of Wedgewood Pharmacy, passed away on May 31, 2012, after a brief illness. Renee, who joined Wedgewood in 1994, was a caring pharmacist colleague and friend. As a devoted and supportive alumna of the University, Renee was a dedicated, consummate professional specializing in the practice of veterinary pharmacy. She combined her encyclopedic knowledge of compounding pharmacy with sensitivity, understanding, and compassion for the tens of thousands of people and animals she served through her work.

She was respected by her management, peers, and those whom she mentored as well as veterinary thought leaders and professional organizations across the U.S.  Her tireless commitment to perfection and innovation contributed significantly and permanently to the development, growth, and prestige of the profession she chose. Renee is survived by her husband of 35 years Louis J. Lupo P’76 (PharmD’01, Broadmore University); daughter Lauren; and grandchildren Alexis Renee, Kaiden, and Autumn.
