The Philadelphia College of Pharmacy (PCP) at the University of the Sciences invites applications for a 12-month non-tenure track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy. The successful candidate will maintain a critical care pharmacy clinical practice/teaching site at Cooper University Hospital (CUH). CUH is a 300-bed tertiary care teaching hospital affiliated with the Cooper-Rowan College of Medicine and located in Camden, NJ.
Responsibilities include the education of students in the didactic and experiential components of the Doctor of Pharmacy program, scholarly pursuits commensurate with experience and interest, and service activities at the practice site, College, and University.
Qualified candidates must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution, be eligible for licensure in New Jersey, and, preferably, have completed two years of post-graduate training in critical care. Candidates must possess a strong commitment to teaching excellence and scholarship. We are seeking individuals with exemplary interpersonal and communication skills who will work collaboratively within the college and the university.
