Distance Learning Complaint Process for Out of State Students

University of the Sciences (USciences) is committed to resolving student grievances, complaints and concerns in an expeditious, fair and amicable manner. Students residing outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania while attending USciences who desire to resolve a grievance should follow the University’s Student Grievance Policy, as provided in the most recent USciences Student Handbook. However, if an issue cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint with your State.
