Commencement Award Application (for students receiving a degree in May, 2013)

Students are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, which may be subject for review.

Commencement Award Applications are for confidential use by the Commencement Awards and Prizes Subcommittee. In order to be considered for a commencement award or prize (as well as selection of Valedictorian), a commencement award application must be submitted electronically through the USciences website no later than 11:59 pm April 1, 2013. Award applications will not be accepted after that time. These applications are submitted by each student who wishes consideration.  Students are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, which may be subject to review.

Commencement Award Applications will not be accepted after April 1, 2013.
