- Find out if your company has a matching gift program: Use our online matching gift program search service.
- If your gift is eligible for a match: Obtain, complete, and sign a matching gift form from your employer’s human resources office or website
- Send your completed matching gift and pledge forms in the reply envelope provided or to:
