How soon can I get my job after delivering it to the Copy Center?
Turn around times can be as brief as one hour, however depending on the size and complexity, a project could take 2 days or more to complete. These times fluctuate with the academic calendar, time of day or day of the week. The best way to ensure timely production of your work is to check with the Copy Center operator. Remember, we will evaluate the project based on the current workload and your indication as to the date predicted for receipt of the project at the Copy Center. That is, if a project is predicted to be given to us on Monday, but the job is not received until Tuesday the turnaround time offered may not be possible. You will receive a call when the job is finished and ready to be picked up.
What provisions are made for exams/confidential documents?
Exams/confidential documents are secured in a locked cabinet before and after production. In order to maintain the security of these documents, we ask that you give exams directly to Tony Bove or drop them in the locked box to the left of the Copy Center door in his absence. We also ask that the professor or an assigned staff person pick up the exam.
Is personal copying permitted at the Copy Center?
Yes. Duplicating services are available to Students, Faculty and Staff.
How do I pay for personal copies?
OneCard account or personal check.
If you have any questions concerning our printing capabilities please come to the Copy Center in Griffith Hall basement and talk to Tony.
