Student Organization Room Reservation Request

This Student Organization Room Reservation Request form is only to be utilized by Student Organizations. Request for tables in Wilson Lobby or STC Atrium must be made in person with the Student Activities Administrator. Fraternities and sororities must request all rooms and tables through the Greek Life Office.

Please note the following:
  • An e-mail response will be sent only to the contact person requesting the facility. Follow-up information may be required before a facility is approved for usage.
  • All classroom requests take at least three working days to process since they must be submitted to the proper campus official or facility for approval.
  • All special events which require special set-up, AV equipment and/or public safety, must be requested at least 3 weeks before the actual event.
  • Requests will only be processed Monday - Thursday, 9:30am-6:30pm.
  • Requests received after 5:00 pm on Thursdays will not receive a response via e-mail to the contact person until Tuesday afternoon of the following week.
  • No requests for rooms will be honored during the regular SGA General Assembly meeting times which are on the first, third and fifth Thursdays of each month from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
  • Requests for the Athletic Recreation Center must be approved by the Director of Campus Recreation. Please contact Marc Caserio at 215.596.7432 or m.caseri@usciences.edu.
  • After receiving approval for a room for a special event, an organizational member must meet with the Student Activities Administrator for set-up, AV and/or Public Safety if necessary. AV must sign off on any events 14 days before the date of the event.
  • Completion of this form does not guarantee the room or facility requested.
  • Please complete this form entirely. Failure to do so may delay approval of facility.

If you need A/V support - Please contact A/V a minimum of 14 calendar days before your event. You will need make your arrangements in person at the AV office, GH B8. You can call 215-596-7575 and press 2 or send email to avrequest@usciences.edu with questions and or to make an appointment.
