A Guide for Pharm.D. Program Assessment and it associated Appendices were created in conjunction with the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy.

The Guide is intended to assist colleges and schools of pharmacy develop, maintain and improve a plan for assessment to meet the needs of Pharm.D. program improvement and accreditation. This Guide and the Appendices were reviewed by a number of colleagues prior to completion of the current version. These materials are intended to be updated and reviewed every 1 to 2 years, in order to provide specific examples of assessment plans and tools.
