Yellow Ribbon Program for Veterans

University of the Sciences is proud to continue our participation in the Yellow Ribbon Program for the 2013-14 academic year for those students who are eligible to receive 100% tuition benefit from the Post 9-11 GI Bill. The University will contribute the necessary amount to ensure a portion of a student’s tuition and general fee are covered for up to 25 students who document their eligibility with the Financial Aid Office.

Effective August 1, 2011: For Veterans and their transferees - there is now a cap of $17,500 for those enrolled in a private or foreign school.

This can be accomplished by submitting a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility from the Veteran’s Administration to the Director of Financial Aid at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.

This award is provided on a 'first come first served' basis to a maximum of 25 eligible students, regardless of your degree seeking program.

Please be aware that, in the event that you had previously received a financial aid package from the University, GI benefits and 'Yellow Ribbon' participation supersedes any initial or previously awarded University grants, and may affect other financial aid eligibility.
