Installation of Bruker 400 MHz NMR Spectrometer

This set of pictures shows the superconducting magnet, followed by pictures of the magnet being filled with liquid helium and liquid nitrogen. The three, large, square, black pillars that surround the magnet are vibration dampers that automatically compensate for vibrations that would otherwise appear in the spectrum as spurious signals.
