Biography
Lauren Czosnowski is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacy Administration at University of the Sciences. She also has a clinical practice site at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she works with the hospitalist teaching services.
Dr. Czosnowski earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. She went on to complete a pharmacy practice residency and an internal medicine specialty residency at Methodist University Hospital, in conjunction with the University of Tennessee, in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Czosnowski teaches in the Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Case Studies, and Practice Lab courses. She also serves as an internal medicine preceptor for APPE students as well as the PGY-1 pharmacy practice resident at her practice site. She is a member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM), and the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP).
