University of the Sciences in Philadelphia is located in University City, one of Philadelphia’s most vibrant and diverse neighborhoods. Located just west of Center City Philadelphia, the area is a hotbed of education, science, medicine, research, and culture and a home to nearly 30,000 students who attend one of the six colleges and universities located here.
Nestled in the heart of University City is our campus. Bordered by the neighborhood’s stately, tree-lined streets and sitting adjacent to sprawling, picturesque Clark Park, the campus is the perfect setting for the University's close-knit community of scholars of all ages.
The University's 17 buildings sit on 35 acres. They comprise both historic structures and modern facilities, including more than 100 laboratories open to students, the leading-edge McNeil Science and Technology Center, five residence halls, and the Athletic/Recreation Center, a center of student life.
